I joined an ongoing project aimed at increasing user numbers and introducing new features for a health app. My role was to optimize the user experience, focusing on SEO improvements and enhancing the onboarding and subscription pages. In parallel, I worked on redesigning the website for a karaoke app, improving its information architecture and UI design, and aligning it with the company’s design system to create a more engaging and user-friendly site.

For the karaoke app’s website redesign, the focus was on improving the site’s architecture and UI. While user research was a missed opportunity due to budget constraints, the redesign was positively received by the client, with the team benefiting from a clearer, more attractive layout.


For the health app, the optimization of the onboarding and subscription pages was guided by competitive analysis and benchmark research. Despite limited resources and no formal budget for research, we made the most of available insights. The new pages were launched, and within three weeks, marketing reported noticeable growth in user engagement, although specific metrics were not provided.


Both projects were successfully delivered, with positive feedback from clients and the internal team. The karaoke app’s website was better aligned with current design trends, strengthening its overall user experience while the health app saw growth in user engagement. The work not only met client expectations but also reinforced the team's ability to deliver impactful results within resource constraints.
